Shipping + Handling

Domestic

All orders placed within Canada are shipped with Canada Post, Sendle or Local Bike/Foot Courier services (if located within the Greater Toronto Area) with tracked express shipping. This shipping method generally takes between 5-10 business days from date of purchase.

 International

All international orders placed are shipped with Canada Post or Chit Chats tracked international standard shipping. The tracking number associated with your order can be tracked with Canada Post’s tracking system until it reaches customs for your area, at which time the tracking number can be input into your local courier’s tracking website for your country of residence. Standard shipping times for international orders can be calculated using Canada Post’s Delivery Standard tool.

Lost Items

Items shipped domestically and not received within 30 business days of the ship date are considered lost. Items shipped internationally and not received within 60 business days of the ship date are considered lost. In these scenarios, please contact me to replace any lost orders or receive a refund/store credit.
